Return and Refund Policy
POLICIES ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return of Products, Blank Stock Invitations and/or Stationery
1. Return of all items is at the discretion of the owners.
2. Products maybe eligible for return, only with prior authorization, within 5 days of receipt. Request for return should be done as soon as possible.
3. Item must be returned in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Return shipping fees are at customer’s expense.
4. Once items are received in good condition and original packaging, refund will be issued. Refund will be in the form of original payment. No refund will be made for shipping charges.
Return of Sale, Personalized and Holiday Products
1. Customized or Personalized items, holiday items, and sale items are NOT eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Handling of Damage Goods (See also Shipping Policy)
1. If items are received damaged, a claim must be made with us within 7 business days. Customer needs to retain all original packaging for verification by the shipping company. Any obvious damage to the package should be noted on carrier’s delivery receipt at time of delivery. Photo each item clearly showing your damage.
2. Notify us immediately regarding damage goods and receive authorization to proceed with any return, refund or exchange. A description of the damages as well as supporting photos should be emailed to info@rudmans.com
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was received.
